A unique combination of thermal spray metalic and polymer coatings for lifetime protection of cabon steel base materials from corrosion, abrasion, impact and wear. The SEE® composite coating combines sacrificial anodic protection and polymer barrier protection as a complete and total protective coating of carban steel structures. The SEE® ultimate composite coating provides both a "healer" and a "sealer" from electrolydic attack of steel structures. Polymer coatings and liners are also availabe in varying thicknesses and hardnesses to minimize the effect of wear and abrasion on base materials. Surface characteristics can be manipulated to achieve "slick" or "anti-skid"properties. Polymers can be easily spot repaired, and total composite will not delaminate, chip, or flake like paints or epoxies. When properly applied by SEE equipment and personnel, our Ultimate Composite Coating should outlast the service life of structural steel assets and infrustructure by a factor of five.
