Thermal Spray Metals (Metalizing) Twin Wire Arc High Production Ultra Dense Coatings

SEE utilizes high energy portable power sources to produce extremely dense coatings using large diameter wires to achieve maximum production. Our unique combination of Power Source, Feeder, and Specialty Wire, is capable of complete atomization of materials, optimum bond strength, and ultra low porosity coatings. Coating characteristics display a very tight knit splat pattern, evenly dispersed oxides, and resist cracking, spalling, and delamination. Our primary application provides sacrificial anodic coatings to large steel structures offering Zinc (99%), Zinc / Aluminum (85-15%), and Aluminum (99%), as dictated by application service conditions. SEE equipment can coat very large structures quickly, efficiently, and without flaws or rework. Our entire process is totally portable and can be moved and reset as needed by the applicators. Our equipment package can be totally trailer mounted for ease of mobilization, and SEE will arrive at your site promptly and immediately ready for field spray operations. SEE can also supply alternative advanced wire materials, to apply in a code efficient manner for surfacing enhancements such as “slip” and “anti-slip” properties if requested. A wide variety of materials are also available for restoration of tolerance, build-up of base metals, chrome replacement, and many other severe service wear and temperature applications. SEE has trained applicators and managers, equipment and material knowledge, and are always capable of achieving maximum results while maintaining and documenting procedural requirements and controls. We offer competitive pricing and can supply equipment, management, training, and / or labor, as negotiated with our partners. Surface preparation quality procedure controls and inspection may also be discussed to reduce overall coating costs. Equally vested…always tested… your partner in success. How can SEE be of service? Thermal Spray Plastics

SEE Thermal Spray Portable Polymer Powder process equipment uses Propane and Air, and when combined with unique composite polymers powders will provide a wide varietyof surface enhancements to steel surfaces. Our high speed and high production equipment allows us to coat large steel structures, quickly, efficiently, and effectively with no curing, no VOC’s, no porosity and no painting! Our portable powder coating materials are custom manufactured to resist most all forms of corrosion, can supply a slick non-stick surface, and can even provide wear resistance equal to that of hardened steel plate. SEE equipment is designed to both preheat and apply our novel composite polymer materials to a full and complete melt. The Thermal Spray Process allows the thermalplastic coating to “heat cure” in place as it cools upon the surface. SEE can also offer a variety of alternative heating methods to preheat including, flame heat, induction, ultraviolet, and even traditional heating methods, to spray at speeds near equal to traditional painting/epoxy spray materials. When applied to heated surface, polymer powder splats wet out and tightly adhere to the surface, then solidify and harden to achieve desired solid coating structure. Powder coatings applied in this manner can be also be built up to achieve thicknesses otherwise unattainable with traditional protective coatings. More importantly, polymer coatings even cover edges and corners…traditional points of corrosive attack with traditional protective coatings. Powder coatings adhere splat to splat and to the steel surface, and will not flake, chip, or delaminate. Portable powder coatings can also be easily “spot” repaired. Our entire process is procedurally applied with quality assurance controls documented to provide our customers the ability to reproduce the results of the original application. Portable powder coatings may also be used in conjunction with thermal spray metals as a “sealer” to eliminate any porosity and assure the service life of both the anodic and barrier coating over the expected lifetime of a steel structure. Clear plastic coatings allow for visual inspection of substrates without need for removal the entire coating. Colored powders can also be applied in layers for wear applications to expose weaknesses for maintenance repair and build up as desired. Portable Polymer coatings will absolutely eliminate the need for painting, epoxy sealers, and even expensive maintenance over the long life of the steel structure. SEE can provide equipment, management, training, and / or labor to our customer partner. Real solutions…Real technology…Real results! Would you like to SEE what we can do?
